A neutral color is any color that lacks a strong – well – color! Neutral colors include beige, ivory, taupe, gray, and white. Why should you paint your home in neutral colors before listing? Neutral colors do not compete with other colors – they blend. And, a freshly neutral-color painted home won’t require the new homeowners to invest time and money into painting it themselves.
