I always tell my clients, “If it ain’t a heck yes, then it’s a heck no!” Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned property owner, listening to your gut is most definitely part of the home-buying process.
Sometimes a property is wrong in a million glaring ways. Other times, a property checks all the boxes, but that “heck yes!” just isn’t there. I’ll never pressure my client-friends to take the plunge if they have any reservations—no matter how small. The right property is out there. We just gotta find it!
Think about the house you’re in now, did you know it was the one or did you learn to love it? Comment below!
